MAITREPIERRE FW22: NOSTALGIA

Alphonse Maitrepierre presented his intimate fall-winter 2022 collection during the women’s Paris Fashion Week which made references to the past and created a feeling of nostalgia. The garments made references to past collections of Alphonse merged with new elements in order to underline the idea of the old meeting the new. Traditional couture techniques are connected with modern sport wear, metal chains and inflated gems. Most part of the collection is sustainable and therefore it was presented at the perfect location, the Paris Climate Academy.
