A homage to the great designers of the 50s and 60s.

As part of the free topic of the journeyman examination of photographers 2023 in Germany, this series of photos was made with the characteristics of contrasts due to the colors black and white.

The hat as an iconic piece of clothing based on the era of the great designers of the 50s and 60s represents in each photography the key piece. In memory of this special era the hats should be staged in such a way that interesting and impressive portraits are created.

On this purpose were six photographies made. Two exceptionally talented milliners from Luxembourg and from Mehring drew up some beautiful, classical hats with shapes inspired by the 50s and 60s.

Classic and stylish, minimalist and impressiv, these are the right words to describe this photography series.

As the apprentice herself says, behind her motivation and idea is a great passion for fashion and art, which she has felt since childhood as fan of designers like Karl Lagerfeld.
